Their driver is rude, parks across your driveway and then makes fun of you when you ask him not to. Staff on the phone are rude and condescending and like to twist your words to gaslight you. If that's how they treat strangers would hate to see how they treat residents.
We visited recently looking for a care home for mum. We must have visited 10 care homes and this was in our final top 3 list. We were very impressed by the staff and the respectful way they treat residents, homely feel and overall high standards. This is a well run home so well done to the Abbeyfield team
