I have no idea on the homes overall quality, but the manager did not act in a respectful manner towards me. I phoned the home because we no longer need a room at the home. The moment I said that to the manger ended the call, no ok thank you or any other kind of response
Fanastic, a beautiful lady on reception, assisted me perfectly with a delivery. Everyone at this home who I spoke to during my delivery was absolutely a delight to deal with very, very kind and friendly staff, which is rare to us delivery drivers
I left four separate telephone messages over the course of a week enquiring about care at Acorn Court for an elderly relative and each time was told the manager would phone me back. I also tried e-mail and live chat to no avail. Five weeks …
