My nan was here many years ago and within days of staying had her wedding ring stolen. My mum couldn't prove it but management were not interested and it wasnt reported to management either, until my mum chased the issue. Disgusting.
Place is a disgrace, mother in law died here of dementia. Not one staff member went the funeral. Things went missing out of her room. Care is is not professional at all.
Our Mother moved in recently to Acorn House when she became unwell and needed more care. Mandy Andrea Connie and all the staff have given her excellent care and kindness and we are very grateful she is in such a well run care home.
