Alexandra Grange reviews: what do families say?
Came out for an assessment was told be contacted by 4 never got a call back spent Friday ringing no one ever answered. Rang them today told can’t take grandad as he was abusive he wasn’t he was just upset. Going of other reviews looks like we missed a bullet.
If I could give this minus star review I would my nan spent from February till October in this home and the conditions are shocking she wasn't cared for properly and the lies the staff tell are on another level thankfully she has now moved …
I have just been to visit a friend and can honestly say I was very impressed. The care shown to my friend was brilliant. They were massively involved in making his stay the best it can be. The rooms are nice and the the building is lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and there is a real positive energy about the place.
My Mum has been here now for 18 months and they look after her very well. She has a spacious, comfortable room. The staff are lovely, caring, friendly. There are lots of activities, trips and entertainment. I have no problems with Alexandra Grange at all
Both my wife's parents stayed here. They were treated terribly. We took new clothes for them. and saw other patients wearing them. wouldn't send any body to this place
