The inside of this building is Dark and depressing and close for older people. Get the passages and stairs paint in cheerful colour. Make the lounge homely. Would not work or wish any one to live here . Worse care home I’ve ever seen and it’s purpose built. 18/4/2019

My mum was here 9 years ago and she was not properly looked after she needed 1-1 care but was taken away without my consent, attended hospital for a fall (severe bruising) because of this. They couldn't wait for when she was unable to walk on her own because then they could leave her in a padded room on her own.

Caring and professional establishment. Run by Manager Nick who has personal first hand experience of dementia and understands with patience and commitment the importance of self-worth and dignity.
