Ashcroft is a very caring home the staff take pride in making sure the residents are safe and cared for with dignity and respect, the staff go the extra mile to bond with each resident to make sure they are happy.
As a family we are very happy with the care our mum has been receiving at Ashcroft. She's clean, safe and well cared for. We feel lucky to have mum in the Ashcroft family, long may this continue. Thank you to all the staff who are always so friendly, approachable and good humoured.
