Hi iv visited my mother today on this lovely sunny day sat outside with the weather being lovely.. staff making sure my mother and myself where ok at all times plenty of fluids offered, nice to see they are following COVID regulations.
Awful home went to see my mum on Saturday nobody around to ask about my mum the senior think her name was Elaine was very rude I've spoken to a few other families and they said it's awful they had a fire and she wasn't even told about it …
