Manager is so approachable, long standing dedicated staff
No time for staff to help residents. Poor management with lack of compassion to residents, particularly those who were still fully mentally aware. (2012 experience, could've improved since... If different leadership)
I chose this home for my Mum as I wanted the best for her. This certainly fits that description. The staff are friendly,polite and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are excellent. Can't praise enough.
