Appalling. My mother in law was a resident here for a few months. Level of care is sub standard, no communication and no interaction with her, no information from the teams and the place is filthy and smells so badly. I would not let an animal live here. Do not let your loved ones reside here it’s quite simply horrendous.
Awful care from top to bottom- got rid of the only manager to of actually cared about standards and replaced him with a woman who couldn’t appear to care any less. Constantly short staffed, poor salary for staff. Dirty every time I enter. Cleaners try their best but are limited in what they can achieve.
I am here at the moment , i cant sleep at night because the person here next to my room is watching television, nobody is going to stop him , becsuse i said many times , nobody is listening me here .thanks
