My mother has been here for a year now. She was struggling desperately before she arrived but is now cheerful and healthy. Staff are kind and attentive, and facilities good.
Awful care home booked in for a respite break they nearly killed my mum resulting in her going into hospital after 3 days. The home smells disgusting the food is inedible I wouldn’t feed it to a dog. All staff don’t speak English and are all agency they do not care for the elderly one bit please do not send your loved ones here!!
Kind, cheerful and genuinely caring staff. Dyan Administrator very good, I visit my friend weekly and she really enjoys the food and would be quick to criticise if all was not as it should be!!
