My husband has been in Balmore for over a year. He and I are always treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The staff are so caring and considerate and I can't praise them highly enough. GM
The phones are never charged up so if you call and want to talk to a relative that is bed bound or in the room and can't leave it you can't even talk to them! The staff need to be more on the ball and charge the phones its not rocket science
My father died suddenly whilst using the service for Respite Care. We have raised a formal complaint and directed our concerns to the CQC
My mum was in Belmore for 8week on end of life I would like to thank everyone for looking after my mum at this sad time The staff made me very welcome and went above and beyond there jobs Thank you Julie
