My grandma stayed they a few times, the first to time were great and she enjoyed it but the third and fourth time she came back covered in poor on her backside and burns from being left in unclean nappies for I don't know how long. …
Breathtaking smell of urine.. Not very clean.. Not very good communication.. I can't believe my mother was in here but I couldn't see her to due to covid,i would have had her moved as soon as possible..
They didn't bother to wash her the second time she went and she was incontinent. She came home with bed sores and burns from sitting in her own urine and faeces.
Did not feel impressed from entering the building to leaving the building
Nice friendly and Professional staff as always
