Last week, I called the home as I had a few queries revolving my grandma. I spoke to a lovely lady called Claire. She was very professional, dealt with the situation straight away, really polite and an overall very nice woman. Big thanks to Claire for helping me out. Regards.
Home its self is beautiful, and the residents are just wonderful. But everything else about the home is flawed, partly due to the care system itself, i would never send my family to this home.
