My wee aunt stayed here until her passing, the staff are very friendly and caring for people's needs, either entertainment or days out in minibus and singalong.
It's impossible to express how very thankful my family are for the leadership and every member of staff at Blenham House Nursing Home. They cared for my 92 years old mother in her final days with loving care and compassion. You will not find finer staff in any nursing home, anywhere.
The most compassionate & lovely people who cared for my father in has last year as if they were his family. A very difficult job being done with humility & laughter. My family & I will be forever grateful for Blenham.
Steer well clear of this home! Manager & staff are rude, sarcastic & patronising. Little to NO communication regarding your relative. As a nurse myself I moved my relative from here asap. Dreadful place, reported to care inspectorate.
Know some of the staff here if you really care about your loved ones I would compleatly avoid the manager is very ignorant rude and insulting with a director to back her up my experiences anyway maybe change this review if I get a reply from my complaint I made but I don't think that will happen somehow got that feeling
