Poor staff,lazy dissappear often can never find them when needed, refuse to assist residents to help feed the one's who cannot do it for them self stating they are too busy. The home smells bad. And as for keeping the residents entertained very rarely happens.
The staff are amazing, they are committed to the residents always giving them time and making sure they have fun.. We dreaded a “care home” for our loved one but he loved this place and making his last year a happy one where he received care, compassion and was kept safe. Thank you to the staff team
