This is a carehome which is true to the title. The care given is outstanding and attentive to the residents. The home is a home, it values and treats residents as one of their own. We as a family can relax knowing my mum is looked after the way I would have wanted to have looked after her if she was able to stay in her home.
Some staff raise their voices – shout – at residents with dementia. Some staff don't observe good hygiene. Crockery and cutlery often not washed properly. Evening meal is sometimes just sandwiches.
