The care home is well run. Carers are amazing they pamper to mums needs. It's cleaners work hard to keep the home clean and tidy. Staff keep us well informed about how mum is doing and let us know of any changes in her. I'm glad we were able to have mum in this care home.
I visited this care home in the course of my work and was initially struck by how clean, bright and friendly the establishment seems. I visit quite a few care homes in the course of my work and would say that Britten Court appears to be one of the friendliest and best run. I enjoyed my visit and my coffee. Thank you.
