Would Ike to know why my uncles clothes have disappeared. He didn't enter in the nude having a full wardrobe. All his clothes were marked with his room number as required by the management. Now he apparently has nothing in his wardrobe. …

Staff are awesome. My mom's been in for a week now. I live in the US. They went out of their way to keep me informed and in phone contact with her until I could fly over. Once here the have been equally caring and helpful. Great big thanks again to everyone at Brynfield Manor.

Uncle went for respite care, medication was given incorrectly, one day he had not had any lunch. He is unable to drink without a straw and time and time again he was given a beaker with no straw and was unable to drink. Staff seemed very competent but extremely overstretched. Profits seem to be more important than patient care.
