Visited one of my relatives there and i must say i was very impressed by the cleanliness, the staff members and the facilities. Definitely a place where one would want to retire.
Kaysar who is occupational therapist is awful. He was so rude towards me when I asked for help regarding my mother’s care and mobility. He said he was busy and walked off did not even make eye contact and did not care at all. Everyone else is really nice. This Kaysar is so uncaring and rude.
Carlton Court Care Home has been wonderful for my nan. The staff are caring and attentive, the facilities are clean, and there are plenty of activities to keep her happy. She feels at home here, and our family is very grateful. Highly recommend!
