I've had such a positive experience with Cascade! I had the offer to view the property to understand more of the services they offer the individuals and could see the environment was filled with care and encouragement for individuals. They clearly have others at heart and mind.
Cascade is a professional and friendly organisation. They are very supportive towards staff and residents. They also have good standard rating.
Company doesn't understand how education works with children/adults with SEN needs. Old fashion people at the top not moving with the times. Poor management. Very sad when education need places like this
