I am a pharmacy student who has learned a lot about the multidisciplinary aspect of care homes stuff were supportive, kind and very empathetic. They delt with challenging situations with great skill.
Church walk care home is love, a place that respects diversity, inclusion and treats everyone with so much respect. Service users are treated like family. They are dedicated so much time to make them feel loved and appreciated. You can never find a better manager, no wonder her team of staff are fantastic.
Staff from this care home are extremely arrogant to the people that live on Cavendish Road as quite a few residents have disabilities and require to park outside their homes. Staff from there when asked why they are not using the car parks …
Churchwalk delivers patient centred experience. The staff are friendly, caring and empathetic at all times, ensuring they meet patient needs and develop great patient outcomes. I highly recommend the care home for exceptional care on patient with huntingtons, Parkinson’s disease and complex need.
It was a lovely experience seeing the care home, staff was really friendly, helpful and efficient in their care. I would highly recommend their service.
