Fabulous care home. The staff are so lovely, kind and caring towards the residents and the residents all seem very happy staying there. Very warm and welcoming, lots of smiles which is always good to see. Been there today cutting people's toenails and such a positive atmosphere.

My mum, Agnes gray, was only at Cleveland House for a few weeks of palliative care. The staff were very caring and sympathetic to her needs, and she was not alone as she peacefully passed away. For that I am forever grateful. Thank you is such a small word but it comes from my heart ❤x
