Sadly end of care life was not good. No communication with family during last 3 hours of life. Dignity was not there. No follow up to Official Complaint day after person passing away. Numerous complaints during 3 weeks stay. Some staff excellent, some impatient and unhelpful. Overall very disappointing!
I would highly recommend Consort Nursing Home. My Husband received wonderful end of life care. The nursing staff were caring compassionate and kept my Husband pain free to the very end. They were also very kind to me at this very difficult time and allowed me to be with him at the end of life.
