I went to visit my father and one lady called Lynn was really rude with us, looking for another care home for my father.
They gave my gran the best care about, all staff were helpful, caring and kind. Made my family feel like home. Even my grans end of life care was wonderful she was so peaceful. Thank you all. Would definitely recommend this care home.
It's OK some of the staff are exceptional others not so.
