I would never send any of my family there the reviews I have read this home needs closing down asap absolutely disgusted with the reviews with been a ex carer myself look after your residents properly prisoners get treat better then u care for them poor residents
The care home has been recently refurbished, the Staff are lovely, the residents are entertained and occupied all week. I'm very happy my Mum is here. And feel she is very well cared for. Brilliant care home overall

My Nan went into Daleside for respite care and she was cared for extremely well. Can't thank Daleside team enough for the care shown to her whilst she was there. The assessments done for her helped support us further when she came out of respite. Thank you so much for everything.
