Brought my father home after 5 days was meant to be a 2 week respite but staff were shouting at him and he only one leg and his wheelchair was locked in bathroom, when home he was soaked in urine absolutely manky and no sock on and his foot …
My mum was taken as an emergency and spent 7 months here... mum was well cared for and the staff and nurses were nothing more than kind and caring. The night my mum passed they showed compassion and respect for her.
My wife was in for respite recently, lovely friendly staff that understood her complex needs, nothing was a bother to them. She is looking forward to going in again. Lovely care home, I would highly recommend it.
