Lovely park, used to play on there when I was a young child! Has a really nice enclosed children's park, picnic tables. And there is a large green grassed area with trees with a walking path all round, a band stand from my childhood …
Useful local dog-friendly park. Visited most recently during awful flooding locally, the park was very wet, but luckily not muddy, which was a great relief. The pooch made a few new pals splashing about.
Lovely playarea, very safe for children considering the main road. Shame there aren't more picnic benches otherwise lots of things to do for all ages including an informal football pitch and a very large playing field and bandstand.
Took my 2yr old grandaughter who loved the playground here, different size slides, a trail to follow and then onto the grass for a runaround
