I recently visited my mother in law there. I was thoroughly impressed with the home. Staff treats patients like family. Kind and sweet to the family members as well. Had a comfortable and home feel to it. Thoughtful and considerate. My mother in law is very happy there and feels well cared for.
My dad had many falls there and ended up with a fractured neck. one of the falls was in the night a member of staff refused to go out to him. He also had 4 1/2 days of missing heart medication. Avoid at all costs. This home should be closed down
I live abroad and was unable to see a loved one regularly, when I was sent photos and videos I was shocked to see the changes in their physical appearance and health. Since having them moved, they have made a massive improvement in their health and are back to the person I knew and loved before. Shocked with the lack of care.
