My mum went for respite for a week in September 23, I didn't receive any support as I was so anxious. Very poor looking after, mum has dementia however when I went to bring her home she said don't bring me here again. Not recommended.
My friend cousin was living here one night and got fractured and take to the hospital. Not professional at all. Very worst place. Already safeguarding complaint against the management. Really degraded place because of the staff.
Don't send your loved ones to this place nasty patronising staff
