We have worked with Fernbrook for several years a lovely home run by a professional dedicated team.
Visit my mother in this carehome on a regular basis. Always a warm welcome, the staff are always very attentive to the residents, nothing is ever too much trouble. It's the only care home that I would be willing to go into myself.
Since the new manager arrived the difference has been marked. My Aunt was there, sadly not for long, but she was happy and extremely well looked after.
I would NOT recommend this facility; many of the carers are fantastic but the management is awful.
