My husband has not been at Figbury Lodge for very long but he has been so welcomed into their care home. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The home is super clean light and bright with a lovely garden. We both feel like we are treated as family. Thank you from both of us.
Big, school like building. Modern, clean but austere. Staff quite pleasant. Garden nice. But atmosphere in property unwelcoming. I know the elderly can be challenging but they still need warmth and comfort.
This is a new council run care home, my first impression is that the staff are very friendly and helpful, all very attentive and welcoming. The building is well decorated and equipped. The care provided by the team to my father inlaw has been exceptional. Great choice of food, great activities for the residents.
