Rudest woman on the front desk. Completely unworkable, hung up on me mid sentance. Was at 15:15 on a Wednesday.
Terrible place, patients are left in bed crying out. It takes months for physio referral for an amputee transferred from hospital. Without family constantly complaining patients are neglected and moaned at. Dad's wheelchair kept going missing.
My mother was in this care home and getting her out was the best thing we ever did ! She is thankfully safe and in better hands
