Germaina House reviews: what do families say?
Was not happy on first interaction. The welcome was a little straight and abrupt. During the visit the residents are well looked after with the little staff that are on shift. The staff spent more time cleaning than caring but they never stop. When they did stop and sit down, they spent it with the residents.
It's a very good home and nice staff
