I visit Glais House regularly and have always been made to feel very welcome. The gardens are beautiful and it has a homely, family feel. The management are very approachable and committed and staff are caring and committed.
Owner and manager are not good enough ,all they do is backbiting and conspiracy which is sad and upsetting. Fire more people than they hire which is a joke .other staffs are brilliant. Home itself is in great location. Carer and nurses …
Fantastic care home for both residents and family. Clean and tidy, beautiful grounds and seating area. All staff and management friendly and very attentive.
Served notice on my family member to be moved out of the home without informing me or wider family. Found out days later via the social worker. Terrible experience.
Very caring home, immaculate and comfortable. All staff members are courteous, polite and do an excellent job. Can't fault the home at all and would highly recommend.
