Very good at looking after my dad. The staff are friendly kind. Karen, Tracy, Beth, Sharon 'banana gate' dorkin, Ruth and all the staff up stairs and down. The managers Misba and Rebecca all really good. Can't fault them all. It's a hard Job but they are always smiling.
