My daughter phoned to ask about visiting times today 19/07/24 at around 14.15.The lady who answered the phone was most rude. I then phoned 10 minutes later to ask same question but I got a lovely person at other end of the phone.Please don’t be rude,there’s NO need for it
They take good care of their residents.
