Greenacres has a good staff to resident ratio, the staff appear to know their residents well and I've witnessed lots of good interactions. When viewing the home, the reception staff were attentive.
Too many temporary managers and not supporting the good staff, who have now left, and employing anyone without any basic dementia training whatsoever. …
This is a wonderful care home,all staff members are excellent, they are always at hand and are have a constant stream of activities for the residents.I cannot praise this care home highly enough.
