Fiasco from start to finish. Had to phone twice and no bookings were recorded. Had to take my mums own aids in including bedside frames. Mum confined to room because of D and V outbreak and only given €50 reduction. Advertised as home cooked food and was clearly not. Wouldn't recommend at all.
