Disgraceful customer service. Delayed a viewing by an hour. We turned up at the house at the time rearrange to ...and told to wait outside for another party to finish a viewing. 20 minutes later realised what a shabolic establishment these people are. Did not even have the courtesy to apologise. I would have give 0 stars if i could!!!!
