Staff are amazing and try their best at all times. Unfortunately the main manage lets the entire home down. The way she speaks to her staff in public is horrendous and god forbid what gets said behind closed doors. Would recommend thinking twice before making decisions
My 97 somewhat frail sister in law has just come home after a very enjoyable respite stay at Hadrian House. This has given us great peace of mind knowing she thoroughly enjoyed her stay. And feels very happy to go again.
shocking place to work management and staff do not work as a team and breech private and confidential information. I would never recommend putting my family in this home.
