This review is on Staff of Hallmark Ty Enfys Luxury Care Home. (Eswar Surya) He is not following any care plans which put my grandad in a dangerously unwell. The quality and standard of care fell well below the bare minimum for any vulnerable elderly adult by the staff. The facilities are good and nice

Ty Enfys is a lovely home, best decision my sister and I made. Mum (Beryl) is well cared for. Activities every day mostly with Izzy who is bubbly and fun. There are no complaints about this home. All staff are welcoming, food is good, and it’s always spotless. Well done to everyone who helps keep up these high standards.

The staff and facilities at Ty Enfys Care Home are excellent. The staff go above and beyound to make all visitors and patients feel welcome. Highly recommend.
