Cannot thank all the staff enough for the dedication, caring attitude and compassion they showed to myself and family during the course of care given to my mother in her last days, nothing was to much trouble and my mother was treated with respect, dignity, and loving care at all times, thank you for the bottom if my heart.

how can all staff be allowed to have a break at the same time leaving patients awaiting help for toilet break.. should not be so!!! Needs a quite room for those who are not suffering so they can have a bit of peace and quiet!!
