Welcoming & friendly. As I live 100 miles away, I only visit Mum once per month & enjoy having lunch with her & some of the residents. The management team are usually available to chat with. There is always a wide range of activities & regular outings with special wheelchair accessible taxis for those who cannot walk.
The staff were very supportive and get me involved at everything I needed to know as a student nurse, the residents are well looked after, the hygiene is the best. I will recommend this care home with full confidence.
