Ingham House took fantastic care of my grandmother. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. They created a secure and comforting care environment. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. They were especially helpful in managing additional medical care when required.
I’ve recently been visiting a family member at Ingham House and I must say it is a lovely place for a loved one to live! The staff clearly provide an attentive reliable and kind care services to its residents as they all look very happy. A huge thank you to them all and keep up the good work!
Ingham House is a care home that could have a lot more potential if was managed properly. The current manager does not show any empathy towards either the staff or residents at Ingham House which causes a constant turnover of staff and of course has a nock on effect to the residents who are priority.
