The care a family member recently received was truly excellent. The staff were kind, thoughtful and wholly resident-centred. We could not have asked for more. A difficult time was eased by good facilities, food, cleanliness and kindness.
Friendly environment ,welcoming ,helpful
Not impressed. Clean but a bit grim. I've seen people left needing help or just a bit of TLC. Stories of people needing help to eat not getting it. I'd not go there.
Amazing and caring staff, friendly and fun filled activities for loved ones to enjoy with residents.
The staff are really helpful. My wife wants to come but she has to have her medical things in order first.
