I lived at Jazz Court now for 18 months all the staff are friendly, the carers are brilliant. It's a nice clean place to live thanks to our cleaners and handyman that are none stop hard workers . I feel safe and secure here.
This is a really friendly place that serves lovely meals and drinks to the residents and to the public.
Rude receptionist brought a couple to tears by how obnoxiously she dealt with them. Understaffed. Since covid restrictions the place is like a prison camp to many guests.
Very nice we have been in nearly 4 years staff very help full
Well adapted and nice apartments with friendly home-help staff.
