I went to visit a friend who has just moved in here. I was quite shocked to see how dirty it is. The bathroom very small,dirty floors,dirty furniture and things left behind at the back of the drawers. Wondered whether they have cleaners ?

My hubby has been in The Knights Care home for two and a half months. The staff are amazing especially Mary the manager. She is always at the end of the phone if you need to speak to her and will do her best to sort out any problems. My husband is happy and well looked after and have no problem recommending this home.

My father was discharged from hospital directly to the knights care home. His room overlooked the rusty fire escape and run down garages with old radiators dumped in front of the window. The toilet room was too small with the toilet …
