I would like to make an honest reveiw and say everything is perfect, but I feel with cost cutting and lack of staff things could be improved. I often have to wait at the front door for 10 minutes because no one is on reception. On many visits there have been no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. These things need to be sorted.
This care home feels like home, the staff were so caring and compassionate to my Nan, I hope I will be looked after as well when I'm old! Thanks Paulina and team.
