The care home is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly, supportive, and attentive to residents’ needs. Communication is good, and residents are treated with respect.
I would not recommend this service. There is a lack of proper care, and staff are showing up and show off when family visiting but no clues to Management and staff. Management post positive reviews, which is concerning.
Fantastic home with amazing team members, always ready to go above and beyond for the residents.
