It's taken me a time to do this , it still haunts me how my loved one was cared for sometimes it was ok and sometimes not , I won't disclose any details.
Super friendly staff. Always accommodating to all our needs and very efficient throughout the covid period. Never had any issues in the 3 years my grandma has been there. She loves it there, and says it feels like home.
For the price these residents pay, I'm not impressed at all. The food Is mediocre at best, the hygiene practices need looking at in my opinion, as they seem to have a lot of covid outbreaks, wouldn't even let me stand outside and get some paperwork signed by my grandmother. I'd advice looking around before putting a loved one here.
